If your dad is in heaven, know that the love he had for you didn’t end when he left this world. He is still so much a part of you, in so many ways. I hope you think of him and how his influence still continues to shape your life.
There will be days when his absence feels so unbearable and I hope you know that it’s okay to feel that way. This grief you hold is love’s way of reminding you just how much he meant and how deeply he was loved.
